A WORD FROM HEAD TEACHER SEETA JUNIOR SCHOOL MUKONO

I greet you in the precious name of our savior and Lord Jesus Christ. It is a great joy and privilege for me to welcome you to our website.   As the head teacher of this noble school, I wish to express my profound gratitude to God for the establishment, sustainability and growth of our Institution.  I am sure you are familiar with the proverb “if you give a person a fish, you feed him for a day but if you teach a person how to fish, you feed him for a life time”.  Believe me, this proverb is surely referring to the value and gift of education provided by different institutions in our country.  As Seeta Junior School-Mukono, we not only give our children fish but we teach them how to fish. In here we not only give knowledge and skills to pupils but also desire to open their hearts and souls as well as their minds so that the education they receive will truly help them to live a meaningful life as individuals in their places of work, homes and the communities they live in and perhaps for some, in their eternal life.  Dear comrades, I am extremely honored to be the Head teacher of Seeta Junior School-Mukono, the youngest Primary school in the Seeta fraternity.

This school which is proud to be born of Seeta High School is located in Mukono Municipality, upper Nabuti, 400 meters along Nkoyoyo road.  It aims at providing a broad and balanced education for all the children within a happy, stimulating and healthy environment.   We have excellent teachers, teaching assistants, office staff and site managers who all work as a very close team to give education that will make our pupils’ future bright. Besides academic activities, our pupils also engage in co-curricular activities in order to keep them healthy and enthusiastic.  Such activities include; Ballet, ball games, Swimming, quiz, debate, chess, scouting, athletics, MDD among others.

Our children have a special bond and attachment to each other and their school.  They take pride in the Seeta brand.  They are moulded as God fearing, academically excellent and responsible leaders. Parents also work with us in partnership and we have a thriving Parents Teachers’ Association whose members work extremely hard to provide a whole range of social events for parents and children.  I am really proud of our schools and I believe that when children move from our schools, they will live to realize their potentials.  Feel free to enroll your child to our school where the great minds grow.  Rest assured, you will not regret.
